How long will it take for my order to be prepared and shipped?
We typically require 2–3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your package has been dispatched, the estimated transit times are as follows:
Domestic (U.S.): 5 – 7 business days.
International: 2 – 4 weeks, depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.
General Policy: We do not accept returns for reasons other than shipping damage, except for size exchanges.

We recommend cleansing your crystals once a month, or whenever you feel their energy has become dull or heavy—particularly after experiencing emotionally significant events or following periods of frequent use.
