Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we only accept returns for items that were damaged during shipping. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and relevant details. We will evaluate the situation and provide a refund or other compensation. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange the size of your item within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of return shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
